About Annie Huntley & Dotted Line

I love detail. I'm inspired by old carved wooden frames, and the filigree on iron gates. I love things that have history; listening to the stories of how a pocket watch or a ring was passed down through the generations, father to son, mother to daughter. I love things that are hand made, with time and care.

Dotted Line, based in Seattle, reflects a mixture of global influences. The designs include delicate wire wrapping and hammered metal design, semi-precious stones, unique pendants and other lost treasures from Europe and the Middle East. From Bordeaux to Jerusalem, I scour markets and antique shops for one-of-a-kind charms, medallions and coins. I have a particular fondness for religious icons. Among my favorites are gold coins depicting Mary and St. Christopher (the patron saint of travel), and antique Stars of David.

I believe in the power of celebration and collaboration. In this spirit, I host a monthly open studio as a part of the First Wednesday Wallingford Artwalk. Here, we showcase the talent of other emerging creatives from Seattle and elsewhere. Whether you're an artist, enthusiast, someone passionate about building community or just having fun, you are invited.
